The graph shows for the same two input videos the value of the index in the reference implementation and the iqmeasure implementation. Keep in mind that the Y range here is only [0.925798 .. 0.969997] so that differences could be seen.

the SSIM error map could be saved as an uncompressed raw avi file. Here is the example the the error (the previous graph is also based on the video)
